Heather Montgomery Emigh began her journey with Neyius in 2011 as a personal assistant to Courtney Jordan. Over the years, she has risen through the ranks, assuming increasing leadership responsibilities and shaping the strategic direction of the family office. In 2017, Heather was promoted to Executive Leadership.

Mandee Woodard serves as Executive Vice President of Business Affairs at Neyius, where she helps guide the family office’s strategic growth, cultural stewardship, and global operations. Based out of the London office while residing in Como, Italy, she plays a pivotal role in advancing Neyius’ mission to balance wealth preservation with innovation, overseeing initiatives that span textiles, hospitality, energy, and philanthropy. In addition to her executive role, Mandee is Vice Chairman of the Neyius Board of Directors and Vice Chair of the Courtney Jordan Foundation, where she champions international collaboration and long-term community impact. She has been deeply engaged with CJF Bangladesh and CJF Sri Lanka, where she actively supports programs focused on education, empowerment, and sustainable development.
